Glenn Dubin has never been charged with any offence, and he denies every allegation made against him. His spokesman says he produced flight records and other evidence establishing that Virginia Giuffre’s account was false. Ghislaine Maxwell also denied it. No court, prosecutor or investigator has ever made a finding against him, and he was subpoenaed as a witness rather than a target. This page separates what is disputed from what is not, and the undisputed part is the reason it exists.
Almost everyone in this archive is documented tolerating Epstein after the conviction. The Dubins are documented affirmatively vouching for him.
There is a difference between continuing to take a call and putting your name to a written statement that a convicted child sex offender is safe around children. The first is passive. The second is the step that makes the rest of the method work — supplying standing to someone who has lost it.
And the relationship behind it was among the deepest in the whole record. Eva Andersson dated Epstein for close to a decade in the 1980s before marrying Glenn Dubin in 1994. Epstein was godfather to their children. One or both Dubins appear on his aircraft at least eighteen times between 1996 and 2005, often with the children and a nanny.
It was also financial, and that is where it stops being a private matter. Epstein was an early investor in Highbridge Capital, and reporting indicates he had a hand in JPMorgan’s 2004 acquisition of the firm. A February 2026 Bloomberg investigation reports that Eva Andersson-Dubin helped open the hedge fund world to him.
The contested material is serious and this page does not soften it, but it is contested. Giuffre testified in 2016 that Maxwell directed her to Dubin. Their former household manager, Rinaldo Rizzo, testified he found a distressed fifteen-year-old at the house in 2005 who said Epstein had brought her. Both are sworn accounts. Neither was tested at trial. Dubin denies both, and produced records in response to the first.
One document in the release has not been reported and this page cannot yet explain it. A Settlement and Release Agreement dated 1 August 2011 was entered into between Dubin and “the Epstein Parties” — Epstein himself and Jecpers, Inc., a US Virgin Islands corporation. That is four years before Giuffre named him publicly, and two years before the deposition. The released excerpt shows only the opening recital: what was being settled, by whom against whom, and for what consideration are all outside the visible text. It may concern something entirely unrelated to the allegations on this page, and this archive does not assume otherwise. The document is EFTA01200065.
So the page rests where the evidence is firmest. Strip out everything disputed, and a signed letter remains — written a year after the conviction, about children, on behalf of a man on the sex offender register.

Section 01
The Record
Eva Andersson — former Miss Sweden, later a physician — dates Epstein for close to a decade. She marries Glenn Dubin in 1994. The friendship with Epstein continues through and after the marriage.
Dubin co-founds Highbridge Capital Management. Epstein is an early investor — and, per reporting, later helped broker JPMorgan’s acquisition of the firm in 2004. A February 2026 Bloomberg investigation reports that Eva Andersson-Dubin facilitated Epstein’s access to the hedge fund world.
Epstein served as godfather to the Dubins’ children. This is not disputed by anyone.
Flight logs record one or both Dubins aboard Epstein’s aircraft at least eighteen times — frequently with their children and a nanny. Maxwell is listed on thirteen of those flights. Appearing in a flight log is not an accusation.
Rinaldo Rizzo, the Dubins’ former household manager, later testified that he encountered a distressed fifteen-year-old girl at the residence who said she had been brought there by Epstein. Sworn testimony, never tested at trial. The Dubins dispute the account.
A letter signed by Glenn and Eva Dubin states: “I am 100% comfortable with Jeffrey Epstein around my children.” Written the year after his conviction for soliciting a minor, while he was a registered sex offender. This is not an allegation. It is a document they signed.
A Settlement and Release Agreement dated 1 August 2011 is entered into between Glenn Dubin and Jeffrey Epstein together with Jecpers, Inc., a US Virgin Islands corporation — defined in the document as “the Epstein Parties.” What it settled is not visible in the released text. The excerpt available covers only the opening recital. EFTA01200065.
Virginia Giuffre testifies that Maxwell directed her to have sex with Glenn Dubin, and describes him as the first powerful man she was sent to. Dubin denies it entirely. His spokesman says he has produced flight records and other evidence establishing the allegation is false. Maxwell also denied it, calling Giuffre “an absolute liar.”
The US Virgin Islands subpoenas the Dubins for records concerning Giuffre and their travel with Epstein and Maxwell. They are witnesses in that litigation, not defendants.
He appears in roughly 1,439 case documents, 36 flight log entries and 19 emails, with eight numbers in the address book. No criminal charge has ever been brought against him, and none is pending.
Section 02
Four Categories
The allegations against him are grave, denied, and untested. The fourth category is what remains when you set them entirely aside.
Eva Andersson-Dubin’s decade-long relationship with Epstein in the 1980s. Epstein as an early Highbridge investor, and his role around the JPMorgan acquisition. Epstein as godfather to their children. Eighteen-plus flights. The 2009 letter.
Giuffre’s 2016 deposition testimony. Rizzo’s account of a fifteen-year-old at the house in 2005. Both are sworn statements. Neither was tested at trial. Dubin denies both categorically and says he produced records disproving the first. No court, prosecutor or investigator has made any finding.
He has never been charged, arrested or sued to judgment. He responded to the Giuffre allegation with documentary evidence rather than silence. He was subpoenaed as a witness, not a target. And Maxwell — who had every incentive to implicate others — denied the account too.
Set every contested claim aside and a signed 2009 letter remains, vouching for a registered sex offender’s presence around children. Whatever else is or is not true, that document exists, and it was written a year after the conviction.
Section 03
What a Character Reference Is Worth
The 2009 letter is worth dwelling on because it names a mechanism this archive documents everywhere but rarely catches in writing.
Usually that lending is inferred — from a dinner invitation, a donation accepted, a photograph. Here it is explicit, signed, and specifically about children.
And a character reference is not a private opinion. It is an instrument. It exists to be shown to someone — a court, a school, an institution, a parent — who is deciding whether to trust the subject. Its whole function is to transfer the signer’s reputation to the person being vouched for.
This archive has no evidence about who saw that letter or what it achieved. It may have circulated widely or gone nowhere. That is genuinely unknown, and the page will not guess.
